Warranty service and repair
Warranty repair does not apply to products with mechanical damage, traces of interaction with alkaline and detergents, substances containing chlorine and iodine, creams and ointments containing mercury and its compounds. To perform warranty repairs, the customer must adhere to the rules for using jewelry in relation to the product, the warranty period must not be exceeded. The cost of direct and return shipping is paid by the buyer.
